International collaboration Fryshuset and 125Procent, NL
Johan Oljeqvist, Fryshuset and Alan Bredenhorst, 125Procent, The Netherlands, signed a Letter of Intent on the 22nd of November at Fryshuset in Stockholm.
The intention involves the initiation on international collaboration on projects and mobility opportunities for youth and youth workers within Fryshuset’s four areas of work; youth culture, social projects, schools, labour market and entrepreneurship.
The parties would like to explore collaboration in the field of participation and influence of youth and young people in the Netherlands and Sweden. Also, collaborate on the development working methods and materials aimed at young people in the Netherlands and Sweden, especially youth and young people who are vulnerable for exclusion or who already face exclusion. Furthermore, the parties would like to exchange knowledge and good practice in order to increase competence and capacity building for young people. In addition, Fryshuset and 125Procent aim to actively invite and involve other (inter)national parties, to share knowledge about the activities, and to take part in international mobility projects.
125Procent strives to contribute to the personal development and empowerment of youth. By providing youth with safe and open-minded environments they promote and support is opportunities for personal growth. 125Procent run among other things, festivals, conferences and educational projects where youth has the opportunity to participate and enhance their (social and hard) skills, discover their talents and/or discover and develop their passions.
